the Night

Thief in the Night is a sleep awareness campaign focused on educating audiences about the importance of healthy sleep habits and the hidden effects of sleep deprivation. The campaign uses visual storytelling and environmental design to communicate how sleep loss can quietly impact daily life. Encouraging viewers to reconsider their sleep routines.

Process

The project began with research into sleep deprivation, its causes, and its effects on mental and physical health. Concept development focused on the metaphor of sleep being “stolen,” which inspired the campaign name and visual direction. Design exploration included typography, color, and environmental mockups to create a cohesive campaign system. The final direction emphasized clear messaging and strong visual contrast to capture attention and communicate urgency.
